MY Trust would like to know from the young people we work with the impact of the work we do to support you. We are interested to know if the support you received from MY Trust was useful and helped you on the path to achieving your goals. We also want to know what we need to do to improve the impact we make.
This survey shouldn't take more than 5 minutes of your time.
Your answers will be anonymous and no attempt will be made to find out who you are, so please be honest! If you answer all the questions in this survey you can be entered into a prize draw to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1" Tablet - 32GB. To enter you need to be 24 years old or under and you need to add a valid mobile phone number when asked, so we can text you to tell you you've won. Don't worry, we won't keep the number you add. It will be removed from the survey when we look at the results so we still can't find out who you are. The winner will be selected at random at 9am on Monday 30th April 2018 and will be informed by text straight after the draw. Unfortunately, if you complete the survey and enter the prize draw after this time your entry won't be included.
